Waterside Estate Agents began in May 2004.
John Butler who had started Waterside Marine in April 2003 noticed that there was a gap in the property market.
Most local agents had a few waterside properties for sale however, there was no dedicated agent specialising in them.
The first few months proved slow whilst the name became recognised. However good publicity was gained through the sale of a "Norfolk Broad".
In September Waterside were lucky to recruit Philip Wright and since Philip started, his energy and expertise have launched Waterside into their current position, as the largest agent for waterside homes in East Anglia.
In addition to houses, Waterside have been successful on the commercial front, offering a range of mooring sites, boat yards and holiday rental properties.
